Aston Martin Valkyrie 2021. The Valkyrie is an exclusive Aston Martin hypercar with a hybrid powertrain, extravagant looks and stunning dynamic performance.

This is a real racing car off the Formula 1 track onto public roads. The Valkyrie has an unprecedented level of downforce and excellent aerodynamics.

Unique aerodynamic performance was achieved through a streamlined body made entirely of carbon fiber, with aerodynamic elements from Multimatic, unusual for production cars.

Under the body of the Aston Martin Valkyrie are aerodynamic tunnels that create a Venturi effect, which ensures optimal air distribution and maximum downforce when driving at high speeds.

The weight of the Aston Martin Valkyrie is only 1030 kilograms.

For the sake of weight reduction, the engineers have abandoned many things: for example, the sliding door windows and even the adjustment of the seats.

Thanks to this, the Valkyrie hypercar has an ideal ratio of mass to engine power — one to one, which provides incredible dynamic capabilities.

Thus, the car received super-lightweight headlights, which are 30-40 percent lighter than those used in modern Aston Martin models, ultra-light batteries from the Croatian company Rimac and super-light Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires with wheels from Michelin.

The Valkyrie hypercar is driven by a hybrid power plant with a total capacity of about 1100 l / s.

It includes a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine developed by Cosworth, a Rimac electric motor, a Ricardo 7-band transmission and a kinetic energy recovery system.

Thanks to perfect aerodynamics, low weight and a powerful propulsion system, acceleration from zero to 320 km / h takes 10 seconds, and a full stop from 320 to 0 km / h in just 5 seconds.

The Valkyrie’s top speed is over 400 kilometers per hour.

The two-seater saloon of a sports coupe is made in the spirit of a racing car without unnecessary frills:

non-adjustable carbon fiber seats, made individually for a specific driver, are fixed to the floor and equipped with four-point seat belts.

In this case, boarding the car is carried out in the same way as in Formula 1 cars.

Carbon and high quality genuine leather are widely used in the interior decoration.

The detachable Valkyrie steering wheel has a built-in OLED display for displaying data from the main vehicle systems and a variety of switches.

The panel contains a color touch screen of the multimedia system and a pair of color screens that are responsible for displaying images from the rear-view cameras, which function as external side mirrors.

The Aston Martin Valkyrie is an innovative and highly efficient hypercar featuring exclusive aerodynamic solutions, laconic and stylish interior design, as well as unsurpassed dynamic characteristics that can compete with Formula 1 racing cars.
