• The SUV looks stylish and monolithic in profile. In the area of ​​attention is a practically flat roof equipped with silver rails, a line of multi-section side glazing divided by a massive pillar, a chrome-plated semi-perimeter and a black gloss of the window trim.

• In the basic configuration of the sidewalls of the SUV there are modern mirrors with integrated turn signals, compact door handles, as well as a small number of stepped reliefs concentrated on the doors and wheel arches.

The design of the stern is dominated by the classic crossover style: the angular contour of the sloping window spoiler, the tailgate format narrowed in the lower part, the original interpretation and modern graphics of the multifunctional rear light units.

The stern décor is represented by chrome-plated branding and a massive trim, narrow body kit framing and four tailpipes. The entourage is complemented by a set of fog lights.

Interior

The interior of the three-row, seven-seater salon is decorated in the best brand traditions. The assets include premium-level finishing materials, professional ergonomics of seats, wide functionality of technical and electronic equipment.

Most of the information flow is concentrated on the dial gauges and the A / D instrument cluster computer display.

A small part of the command buttons is placed on the front plane of a four-spoke multifunction steering wheel equipped with paddle switches.

• The motor range includes two petrol engines and one diesel one. In the first version, it is a 6-cylinder aspirated engine with parameters of 5.3 l / 360 hp / 519 Nm or a more powerful engine of the top series — 6.2 l / 425 hp / 623 Nm.

• The traction characteristics of the three-liter Duramax diesel drive are more modest: 281 hp. and 623 Nm. The traction potential of the engine range is effectively realized by the uncontested tandem of the 6-band transmission and the Dynamic Fuel Management system.

The test drive confirmed the time to reach the second hundred in the range of 9.9 — 10.4 seconds, a speed of more than 200 km / h, the consumption of high-octane premium gasoline from 18.3 to 26 liters for each hundred run.

Options and prices

In the domestic market and in Europe, the new Chevrolet Suburban 2022 model year is promised in several modifications, the equipment and cost of which have not yet been disclosed. According to experts, in dollar terms, the price of a novelty can overcome the psychological threshold of 80 or even 100,000 USD.
