The new body of Geely Coolrey 2021 is the first model of the Chinese brand built on the basis of the BMA (B-segment Modular Architecture) platform.

However, you should not worry about the dynamics of the car.

The mentioned motor is a real cannon, and the robot here «thinks» quickly, therefore, in fact, acceleration from zero to a hundred is possible in about 8.0 seconds, which not all classmates can boast of.

The corresponding accelerator settings also contribute to high dynamics: I just pressed it, and the flow is already behind.

Coolray’s suspension is harsh: it copes with a trifle of travel with dignity, and comfort ends on more tangible irregularities.

At the same time, the chassis does not rattle, and there are no breakdowns. The controllability of the model also raises many questions.

For example, if everything is fine on a straight line, then with active maneuvering in corners, the steering wheel does not give adequate feedback, which is why control over the car is not felt.

The front seats in the 2021 Geely Coolrey feature a short cushion and a wavy back profile. In addition, they are harsh, so not everyone will be comfortable in them.

Speaking specifically about the driver’s position, it is also worth noting the leg rest area, which could be larger here.

The rear row in the car is one of the most spacious in the class: there is enough free space both in the legs and above the head.

Plus, it is worth noting the almost complete absence of a central tunnel, due to which even the passenger in the middle will be comfortable here.

The disadvantages are the same as in the front — hard padding and a short pillow.

What I want to praise the salon of the new Geely Coolray for is the abundance of various niches and containers for storing small things: there are no questions about where to attach a smartphone or put keys.
