The Gordon Murray T.33 GT is scheduled to debut on January 27th.

It will be one step down from the T.50.

The press-service of Gordon Murray Automotive announced the date of presentation of the new supercar T.33 GT — it will be presented on January 27, 2022.

There is not much information about the novelty. Thus, it is known that the car will belong to the «supercar GT» class and will be one step lower than the T.50 presented at Goodwood last fall.

The supercar is expected to get a «civilian» suspension and most likely the same engine as the older model, which is powered by a 12-cylinder 3.9-liter engine from Cosworth.

Most likely, the T.33 will not be as powerful, but there is no exact data on that.

Note that the press release issued by Gordon Murray Automotive’s press office calls the novelty «the world’s best GT-class supercar,» which hints at a more comfortable suspension, a luxurious cabin and the presence of a state-of-the-art multimedia system.

To fuel interest in the premiere, the company has published a video teaser. However, it doesn’t reveal any details, except for the badge.

Gordon Murray will produce the T.33 in Windlesham, Surrey, England.

The new model will sit below the T.50 in the lineup, and it will be powered by another version of the 4.0-liter V12 Cosworth.

Buyers will be able to choose between a manual transmission and an automatic.

The T.33’s platform is also different from the T.50, as is the seating configuration: while in the T.50 the driver sits in the middle and the passengers are slightly behind on the sides, the T.33 will have traditional two-seat seating.
