New Genesis G90 2022.

New Genesis G90 2022 unveiled: official premiere is just around the corner.

The Genesis company has published the first photos of the new G90 II sedan of the second generation, which is positioned as a competitor to the Audi A8, BMW 7-Series and Lexus LS models.

In terms of exterior design the Genesis G90 2022 in many ways repeats the latest models of the manufacturer. In particular, the sedan relies on twin strips of LED optics, including turn signal repeaters on the front fenders.

At the same time, the headlights of the new sedan are the thinnest in the range. The headlights here are made by MLA (Micro Lens Array) technology, which just contributed to the reduction of dimensions.

In turn, the hood and sides of the car are a single piece. Thanks to this the developers managed to reduce the number of gaps and connectors.

Note that Koreans have published photos of both standard and long wheelbase variant Genesis G90 II. Compared with its predecessor, the stretched model is made according to a slightly different recipe.

Thus, if the existing long wheelbase variant uses 290-millimeters deaf center insert, the novelty has stretched wheelbase and rear doors directly (by 190 mm).

Due to this the G90 LWB looks more harmonious. Plus he put a richer chrome decor and the original 20-inch wheels.

But there is no official information regarding the interior and technical «stuffing» of the model yet.

It is expected that the executive sedan will get several different V6 engines, while the Koreans refused from the flagship V8.

The company promises to declassify the model in the middle of December 2021, so we have to wait for more details.

Orders will be accepted in South Korea after the premiere, and eventually the car will appear on export markets.
