Toyota has updated the C-HR crossover for the 2022 model year: new multimedia and a virtual assistant.

Toyota has updated the C-HR crossover for the 2022 model year. The vehicle has already arrived at European dealerships.

The successful hybrid crossover Toyota C-HR 2022 has received updated multimedia, improved equipment and new exterior settings.

The Toyota C-HR is quite popular in Europe. According to official statistics, in 2021, this model became the second in the list of the best-selling cars of the brand.

The manufacturer managed to sell 13,522 units of the crossover. In order to increase sales of the C-HR, the developer decided to slightly update it.

Like the Corolla, the new C-HR is now equipped with Toyota Smart Connect and Smart Connect Pro infotainment systems.

These services, according to the manufacturer, significantly improve connectivity, functionality and usability.

Smart Connect multimedia is offered as standard on Advance, while Smart Connect Pro is available as an option.

The new system is controlled by an 8-inch high-definition touchscreen monitor. Internet access is also available.

In addition, it is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

In the latter case, the connection with a smartphone can be done wirelessly. Also the new multimedia includes a virtual assistant.

As for the exterior customization, three new body paint colors are now available to the car: agate, olive-bronze and pearl-white iceberg.

The Toyota C-HR 2022 lineup consists of the following configurations: Active, Advance, Advance Luxury and GR Sport. Starting with the second modification, the model will receive an updated list of standard equipment.

It includes newly developed 18-inch alloy wheels, upholstery with a combination of synthetic leather and fabric, and a new dashboard trim in Gun Metal color.

The cost of the model ranges from 29,100 to 36,900 euros (2.4 — 3.07 million rubles).

There is no news on the mechanical part. Toyota still offers the C-HR with two hybrid units.

The base variant develops 122 hp, and the top one — 184 hp.
