Toyota Camry XV70 2021-2022.

The prices and configurations of the new Toyota Camry XV70 2021 — 2022 in Russia have become known. The car received new 2.0- and 2.5-liter engines.

At the end of March 2021, the complete sets and prices for the new Toyota Camry XV70 2021-2022 (code designation — XV70) for Russia were announced.

Visually, “our” version practically does not differ from sedans for other markets. Is that the American version has a slightly more sporty look and body kit.

The interior will also be the same, but it’s worth noting that it has been completely revamped from its predecessors.

With the update in 2021, the car received a new front bumper with C-shaped decorative piping in the corners. The wheels are now 17-inch. Added blue and red metallic to the list of available body colors.

The new generation sedan is based on the GA-K platform, which, in turn, is a modification of the TNGA modular chassis.

The car slightly increased in length — up to 4885 mm, width — up to 1840 mm and height — up to 1455 mm, the distance between the axles slightly increased to 2825 mm.

With all this, the useful space has become less: it has become closer to the passengers in the back row due to the reduction in the distance to the front seats, the volume of the trunk has decreased.

In the Russian market, the updated sedan is offered with new gasoline engines: a 2.0-liter M20A-FKS (150 hp, 206 Nm), a 2.5-liter A25A-FKS (200 hp, 243 Nm).

The 2-liter engine is now aggregated together with the Toyota K120 CVT, and the 2.5-liter one — with the 8-speed hydromechanical automatic transmission Toyota UB80E.

The top 3.5-liter engine remains the same — this is the 2GR-FKS (249 hp, 356 Nm). It is combined with an 8-speed automatic «transmission» Toyota UA80E.

The fuel consumption of the version with a 2.0-liter M20A-FKS engine and a CVT in mixed mode is 6.0 liters per 100 kilometers.

A car with a 2.5-liter engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission in a combined cycle consumes 6.8 liters per 100 kilometers.

The fuel consumption of the top version with a 3.5-liter engine and an 8-speed automatic in the combined cycle (l / 100 km) is 8.7 liters.

Inside the car, the quality of finishing materials has improved, the location of buttons and levers has become more ergonomic.

In Russia, prices for the new Toyota Camry 2021-2022 range from 1,846,000 rubles for the basic version of the «Standard» to 2,882,000 rubles for the top-end modification of the «Executive Safety».

The basic configuration «Standard» includes:
