Audi RS 5 Coupe Competition 2023. The entire Audi RS5 2023 lineup has been updated for the new model year, becoming faster, louder, lower and getting a Competition version.

German car company Audi has decided to update its entire Audi RS5 lineup, including liftback, coupe and station wagon for the 2023 model year.

The update was made by adding a new Competition package, which, according to the manufacturer’s idea, should lead to an increase in the car’s sales.

At the same time, the manufacturer didn’t change the RS5’s engine part, leaving there the former 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 with 444 hp and 600 N*m of torque.

However, it is said that the top speed of the car in the Competition version is increased from 250 km/h to 289 km/h, which is an excellent increase, with minimal intervention in the engine.

The manufacturer also says that the exhaust system of the car has been changed, including the design of its nozzles.

To reduce weight and sound transmission of the engine into the cabin, the manufacturer got rid of part of the noise insulation between the engine compartment and the cabin.

The company also decided to strengthen the rear limited slip differential and reconfigured the steering system, making it sharper.

Software upgrades to the transmission have resulted in an eight-speed automatic transmission that shifts much faster.

Installed coilovers shock absorbers, instead of standard, are able to reduce the clearance of the RS5 in the Competition version by 20 mm, compared with the standard versions of the German sports model.

Stiffer anti-roll bars make the car even more controllable in sharp corners.

Also the novelty is slightly transformed visually. Here outside you can note the matte finish of some elements, including the splitter at the front, the rear view mirror housings and the rear diffuser.

The cover hiding the power unit is now not just plastic, but made of carbon fiber.

Audi RS5 2023 model year in the U.S. will be available for a minimum of $ 76,996 (4.9 million rubles), for the optional package Competition will have to pay another $ 16,100 (1 million rubles).
