Buick Envision Plus: A stretched crossover for the Chinese market.

Buick has developed the Envision Plus crossover for China, which in the local line has occupied a niche between the Envision S and Enclave models.

Buick Envision Plus is not a full-fledged novelty and, in fact, is a stretched version of the aforementioned Envision S.

This SUV has a different front end with a new bumper and a larger radiator grille.

The car also got wider rear doors and additional luggage windows on the sidewalls.

At the same time, the design of the stern is original here, with an increased rear overhang. As for the interior, it remained five-seater on the stretched version.

A multimedia system with a 10.0-inch display is at the service of the driver and passengers, a parking lot, adaptive cruise control and a head-up display are available for an additional fee.

Interestingly, the 2021 Buick Envision Plus was featured in a rich top-tier version of the Avenir.

Outside, such a car draws attention to itself with 20-inch wheels and matrix headlights.

Of the interior features, it is worth noting a more expensive finish with accents of wood veneer.

Compared to the original Envision S, the crossover reaches 4,845 mm (+ 183) in length, while its wheelbase has been increased to 2,833 mm (+ 54).

The manufacturer also increased the height of the model to 1,695 mm (+ 64), which allowed for a more harmonious profile.

The car is driven by a 2.0-liter «turbo four», while the company on the Plus-version is a 48-volt starter-generator, designed to help the internal combustion engine when starting and in the first seconds of acceleration.

The engine works in tandem with a nine-speed automatic. The drive of the car can be either front or full.

Prices for Buick NVision Plus have not yet been announced, but the stretched crossover will definitely be more expensive than the usual version of the model, which in China costs from 34 to 40 thousand dollars (from 2.5 to 3.0 million rubles at the current exchange rate).

Outside the Celestial Empire, such a model should not be expected.
