BYD Atto 3 2023.

The new BYD Atto 3 crossover, built on the E3 platform, is about 4.5 meters long. The car is already on sale in some markets, such as Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.

The novelty will be the second model in BYD’s lineup in India. Now only the electric minivan e6 is available here. According to preliminary data, the starting price of Atto 3 will be about 2.26 million rubles in equivalent.

According to the senior vice president of BYD India, sales of the crossover will start in early 2023. The company is closely watching the reaction of the market.

It is worth saying that BYD has already surpassed Tesla to become the largest electric car manufacturer in the world. The company is now focused on increasing its market presence in major Indian cities.

BYD has begun its expansion into the European market. One of the first cars that will be sold in the EU countries will be an electric crossover ATTO 3.

This model in the European specification officially debuted at the Paris Auto Show.

However, prices for the 2023 BYD ATTO 3 for the EU were announced back at the end of last month.

The Chinese novelty will be sold in Europe for a minimum of 38 thousand euros.

This amount will include an extensive set of driving assistants that provide autonomous driving in certain situations.

In particular, these include frontal impact warning systems, assistance at high speeds, lane keeping and emergency braking.

Chinese model is distinguished by its huge touch screen monitor, which takes over the control of most of the electronics.

The crossover is equipped with leather seats, digital instrument cluster, sport front seats and other options.

Externally the Chinese novelty is similar to many modern parkettes with electric motors. But some of the interior details of the ATTO 3 have a unique design.

For example, under the central console of the crossover there is a block that resembles a CD changer. Next to it, there is a lever similar to the one used on airplanes to control the engines.

As for the Russian market, the BYD ATTO 3 is unlikely to come to our country. The reason is not only that we have a very low demand for electric models.

BYD will refuse to supply (at least officially) because of the threat of sanctions.

Moreover, representatives of the Chinese brand previously said that the manufacturer is not even considering the option of supplying cars to Russia.
