Chery Jetour X70S 2022.

Chery launches the updated Jetour X70S crossover on the market: the exact date of sales start has been named.

A few days Chery’s official representative, announced that the updated Jetour X70S 2022 crossover will go on pre-sale on April 29 this year.

In terms of appearance, the new car generally continues the family style of the brand, but the details have still been adjusted.

The front end has a gull-style design, and the grille frame has a chrome decoration and is integrated with the headlights.

In addition, dot matrix light groups on both sides of the bumper create an individual visual effect.

The rear end of the vehicle is practically unchanged. The novelty has blackened lights, as well as a double-sided exhaust with a stronger sporty effect.

The dimensions of the body are 4749x1900x1720 mm, and the wheelbase is 2745 mm.

As for the interior, the new car adopts a more concise design of the center console, which is equipped with a 10.25-inch «floating» multimedia touchscreen combined with a 12.3-inch LCD dashboard screen and electronic gearshift lever, making the crossover more technological.

In addition, the interior color scheme is in contrasting red and black tones, creating a stronger cabin texture.

The new car will come standard with CN95 air conditioning filter, LED automatic headlights, a panoramic sunroof, six-way electric driver seat adjustments, side airbags, 360-degree panoramic imaging, lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, ventilated and heated seats, keyless start and cell phone remote control.

In the engine bay, the new car will be equipped with two turbocharged 1.5TCI and 1.6TGDI four-cylinder engines with a maximum output of 156 hp and 197 hp.

Their torque is 230 and 290 N*m, respectively.

In terms of transmission system, the 1.5T motor will have a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed dual-clutch transmission, while the 1.6T model will be combined with a seven-band robot.
