Last month, the Chinese media announced a new exclusive variant for the Citroen Versailles C5 X 2022.

We are talking about a version FM. This modification is created on the basis of requests of fans of the brand, which were received through a special survey conducted through the air of one of the road radio stations.

Today the crossover is officially on sale in this configuration.

True, the model can be purchased only in China, where the production of the model is carried out together with the concern Dongfeng.

As for the price, it is declared at the level of 163,700 yuan (1.85 million rubles) at dealerships.

The FM version of the Citroen Versailles C5 X can be distinguished from the standard version by a special nameplate that is located behind the rear rack on a darkened glass. In terms of design, everything remains in the same style.

But the color scheme for the body is presented by three new shades.

Otherwise, the crossover retained the previous style of performance — sporty outlines, narrow headlights, wheels with a pattern of spokes in the form of petals, triangular air intakes and a roof with a slight slope to the rear.

The interior of the Citroen Versailles C5 X FM also remains much the same.

In particular, the crossover is available with a dashboard of the same design as in the standard version, as well as an infotainment complex, which monitor has a diagonal of 12 inches.

The model offers HUD projection screen, front view camera and radar.

Also in the list of options are the control assist technology and full-speed adaptive cruise control.

Safety package is also presented with the necessary functionality — the system of automatic emergency braking, lane control unit, auto light settings and so on.

Under the hood of the crossover is installed former 1.6-liter engine with turbocharging technology.

Performance of the unit also has not undergone changes, that is offered the same 175 horsepower.

The torque is equal to 250 N*m. The engine is paired with an eight-speed manual gearbox.
