Evolute i-Sky 2023.
The electric crossover Evolute i-Sky has become the third model of the Lipetsk brand.
This is an SUV C+ class model, the start of sales of which should begin before the end of 2023. It supposedly got its name in honor of the desire of man to conquer the sky.
The electric car is not a complete novelty. In fact, we are talking about a renamed version of the Dongfeng Forthing Thunder five-door crossover, which was presented at the Guangzhou Motor Show 2022.
Photos taken at the event allow us to evaluate the design of the new Evolute i-Sky from various angles, but the Lipetsk manufacturer still keeps its technical characteristics a secret.
However, some information about the car is still known. Like the mentioned Chinese model, the Evolute version reaches a length of 4.6 meters, with a wheelbase of 2.71 m.
The Evolute i-Sky is powered by a 204 hp electric motor located on the front axle. (304 Nm). Therefore, the all-terrain vehicle drive can be exclusively front.
At the same time, we note that for the Chinese Dongfeng Forthing Thunder, several batteries with a capacity of 57.9 to 150 kWh are available to choose from, which provide models with a range of 400 to 600 km.
At the Lipetsk enterprise MotorInvest LLC, mass production of the Evolute i-Sky should begin in June-July 23.
But when the model will appear on sale and how much it will cost is still unknown.
In length, its body reaches 4565 mm, and the wheelbase is 2715 mm. The standard luggage compartment holds about 480 liters.
The electric motor with which the SUV is equipped received a liquid cooling system.
Its torque is 340 N * m, and the return rate is 204 hp. Acceleration of the i-SKY to “hundreds” takes 8.6 seconds, and its maximum speed is 180 km/h.
Thanks to a sufficiently productive battery, the cross is able to travel up to 511 km without recharging.
Car enthusiasts won’t get a choice as the Evolute i-SKY will be offered in one affordable variant.
Cross will be equipped with all types of heating, electric seats, a huge scoreboard, consisting of two 10.25-inch screens.
Also, the SUV will be offered with many built-in electronic assistants. The price of the car is not yet known.
