The updated FIAT Tipo 2023 is coming to the European market: more technology and a hybrid engine.

While automakers in China are preparing for the opening of the Guangzhou auto show, sales of the updated FIAT Tipo are starting in Europe.

Western media reports that the FIAT Tipo 2023 has appeared in Spanish dealerships.

It should be noted that the modernization has affected not only the appearance of the car — there are some changes in the technical «stuffing».

Thus, the new version of the model is no longer equipped with a diesel engine.

Gasoline unit and hybrid installation of «soft» type are claimed to be in the engine range.

In addition, the equipment includes several options, which did not exist before.

Sales of the FIAT Tipo will start in the near future, but details on packages and prices are already available.

Reportedly, the car will be available in four versions — Base, Garmin, RED and Cross.

The Garmin and RED versions are exclusive, the sales of which will go a certain time, as their circulation is limited.

As for the base version of the model, 16-inch wheels, cruise control with speed limit function, driver monitoring system, wireless interface, 7-inch multimedia complex, multicool, lane control module, etc. are declared in the equipment.

The FIAT Tipo Cross boasts the presence of tinted decor, automatic emergency braking assistant, rearview camera, Cross package, DAB digital radio, LED optics, fog lights, adaptive cruise control.

The special RED version differs from the others in the red color, which is used for the body and interior trim.

In addition, FIAT Tipo receives additional air filter with antibacterial effect, and the key case Mopar RED Edition.

The car in Garmin version can also be distinguished by the Garmin decorative package, 17-inch Orange Line Black wheels and orange stitching on the seats.

The cost of the base version ranges from 1.65 to 2.34 million rubles.

As you can see, with a standard set of options model costs almost the same as the new Vesta, although the equipment is much wider.

Universal can be purchased for 1.76-2.45 million rubles. FIAT Tipo Cross will be sold for 2,05-2,53 mln.

The engine lineup will include a 1.0-liter gasoline engine with 100 horsepower and a «soft» hybrid unit with 130 horsepower.
