A new seven-seat Geely Okavango crossover has been launched in Russia at a price of 3.6 million rubles.

Russian motorists can order a new seven-seat parkette from the Chinese concern Geely.

Domestic dealer centers have started collecting applications for a new seven-seat Geely Okavango parkettes.

At home it is known under the name Haoyue. It is possible to buy the model in the Russian Federation from 3 million 600 thousand rubles.

Special promotions and offers can reduce the cost of the model up to 3 million rubles.

The length of the car body is 4,835 mm, width is 1,900 mm and height has reached 1,780 mm with a wheelbase of 2,815 mm.

The starting model has five seats, but on our market only variations with three rows of seats and front-wheel drive are available. In China, this model is sold with a four-wheel drive.

The full-sized crossover is driven by a single turbocharged 1.5-liter «three» with 177 horsepower in tandem with a seven-step «robot».

The novelty is available to order in black and white shades of paintwork in the non-alternative top Flagship version.

Its list of features includes adaptive optics on LEDs, 18-inch alloy, electronic drive of external mirrors and a trunk, a glass roof, rails, leather-covered interior, electronic adjustment of seats of the first row, climate control for several zones, cameras with visibility in 360 degrees, cruise control and an assistant during driving uphill and exit from an elevation.

It’s worth noting that this parkette was presented to the world public in 2020. At home, it was upgraded last fall.

At that time, the foreign car acquired from the developers a rethought appearance and a more spacious interior.

Under the hood appeared a two-liter «four» with an output of 218 «horses» from the Swedish concern Volvo.

Crossover Geely Okavango (in China it is sold as «Haoyue») in our market is not officially represented, but one of the Russian dealers has opened an order for this model.

It follows from the announcement that through this car showroom you can buy cars in black or white, but only with a three-row interior, although in the Celestial Empire all-terrain also presented in a five-seat version.

In size Geely Okavango / Haoyue is comparable with Toyota Highlander.

The crossover is equipped with a 1.5 liter «turbo» with 177 hp and a seven-band robot.

In China the model can be purchased both with front and all-wheel drive, but through a Russian dealer one can order only the 2WD-version.

It also will not be given a choice of equipment. Under the order is only available Flagship version, the list of equipment which includes 18-inch wheels, adaptive LED-lights, all-around cameras, climate control, cruise control, a panoramic sunroof and electric fifth door.

The dealer has asked 3.6 million rubles for such SUV. By the way, the coupe-like crossover Tugella presented in our market costs a bit cheaper — from 3,449,990 rubles.
