Hyundai Grandeur 2022.

The first photo of the all-new Hyundai Grandeur luxury sedan has been published.

Hyundai has recently announced that it is planning to release a seventh-generation electric Grandeur sedan.

And the manufacturer intends to create a car made in the retro style of the model from 1984.

However, it became known that Hyundai plans to combine modern design solutions in this sedan as well.

A rendering photo and video, which reveals the potential appearance of the new electric Grandeur, have appeared on the web.

It is obvious from the published image that this sedan has borrowed several elements from the classic car.

In particular, the novelty has a compact glass near the rear.

Also the rear part of the body has passed from the classic model to the future Grandeur, which will be partially made modern.

But in front the novelty is made in unique stylistics. According to the idea of the authors of renders, this part of the body will be performed in the design code, typical for electric sedan Ioniq 6, which has also yet revealed only in the form of concepts created by independent designers.

The new Grandeur contains an elongated hood, which in front is slightly curved down, resting on a single headlight.

The latter is presented in the form of a thin and long strip that wraps around the front of the body.

Below the headlights, there is a wide air intake, which is complemented by large blocks on the sides, allotted for additional optics.

The new Grandeur, due to debut in 2023, is expected to come with several powertrain types.

In addition, 5 and 4-seat versions of the sedan will be offered. In the second case, the car will be complemented with features typical of luxury cars.

Buyers of the new Grandeur will have a choice of 2.5-liter and 3.5-liter engines.

The second unit also supports installation of gas equipment. Besides them, a 1.6-liter turbo-engine will be offered to choose from and it will be a part of hybrid unit.

As for the electric unit, intended for Grandeur, nothing is known about its characteristics yet.
