Hyundai Grandeur GN7 2023.

Renders of the latest Hyundai Grandeur GN7 next generation have been unveiled.

Renders of the novelty were provided by the NYMammoth team.

The fact that Hyundai is carrying out a generation change of the Grandeur sedan ahead of schedule has been talked about for a long time.

Revision of the development plans of this model is largely due to low sales in the home market.

There is very little information about the Korean novelty. But independent designers have recreated the appearance of the 2023 Hyundai Grandeur based on previously caught prototypes.

According to the developers of these renders, the Korean company in designing the business model will take advantage of the solutions that are expected to appear on the new Ioniq 7 electric crossover.

In particular, the future Grandeur will receive a thin LED strip, which will replace the headlights.

Under it will be placed two blocks with large LED lights. The radiator grille is no less original.

Its design consists of numerous triangles, which almost reach the wheel fenders.

The new Grandeur, codenamed GN7, is expected to be released this summer.

Thanks to insiders we know that Hyundai is going to design the car in the style of the first generation Grandeur.

This means that the novelty will combine retro and futuristic design along with the latest technology.

With the change of the generation there will be no usual buttons in the saloon — they will be replaced by non-sensory ones. The length of the car will grow to 5015 mm from 4930 mm.

Rear seats can be folded back if desired and the gear selector is designed in a style of electric IONIQ.

The front end will be made in the spirit of Staria/Telluride (which means that it will have vertical headlights), and the rear end will be designed with an eye to Lucid Air.

The key feature of the new generation Grandeur will be a special roof, like Mercedes Benz.

It will be able to block light and heat or become transparent, depending on the preferences of the driver.

The range of motors will be borrowed from the comparable K8.

The latter will get four gasoline engines: 2.5-liter and 3.5-liter GDi, 3.5-liter LPG and 1.6 Turbo Hybrid.

The Grandeur will get a five-seat cabin configuration, as well as a four-seat top version with split rear seats.

Hyundai’s new-generation luxury sedan will go on sale in Q3 next year.
