Hyundai recently published photos of the new electric car Ioniq 6.

But then the manufacturer declassified only the exterior. Now the new 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6 has officially made its debut at the ongoing Busan Motor Show in Korea.

During the presentation the specifications and equipment of the electric car were disclosed.

In particular, its onboard electronics support remote upgrade.

Together with Ioniq 6 buyers will receive digital exterior mirrors, 12-inch touchscreen monitor and virtual dashboard, a premium stereo system with eight speakers, 18- and 20-inch wheels.

A choice of 12 body shades and four interior colors will be offered. Also, built-in electronics allow you to change the performance settings.

Ioniq 6 is equipped with a 77.4-kilowatt battery. But as standard the Korean novelty is equipped with 54 kWh battery, which will be installed only on the front-drive version.

The length of the sedan is 4,855 mm, width — 1,880 mm, height — 1,495 mm.

Wheelbase size reaches 2,500 mm. Ioniq 6 is distinguished by the fact that its seats are 30% thinner than those of modern cars.

It is likely that at first the Korean model will be available in twin-engine version with a maximum power of 325 hp and torque of 605 Nm.

Acceleration up to «hundred» of such version takes 5,1 seconds. Cruising range of this modification does not exceed 451 kilometers. Features of the rear-wheel drive version have not been disclosed yet.

Together with Ioniq 6 will offer an extensive list of assistants, including adaptive cruise, an assistant when driving on a highway and the camera circular view.

In addition, the electric car is equipped with collision warning systems, blind spot monitoring, driver monitoring and others.

Exact market release dates for the model are not specified, but it should appear first in South Korea and then in Europe and North America. There is no information about its cost yet either.
