So the Korean company Hyundai showed the world a pre-production crossover Hyundai Nexo 2022.

Already from the photo you can understand that the novelty will noticeably stand out in the stream with smooth body contours and an abundance of decorative elements collected in a relatively small area.

At the same time, Hyundai Nexo 2022 can easily be attributed to the representatives of the Korean brand due to the abundance of specific elements: air intakes, optics and relief.

At the same time, the face of the car cannot be called a restyling of any model sold today.

It is set a little low for a crossover, but quite wide, and this visual effect is created by the large sloping windshield and the muscular, tilted bonnet at the front, the center of which is slightly raised.

Stylish narrow «sickles» of head lighting equipment with excellent LED filling are located right under the hood.

An innovative solution was to connect them with an even thinner LED strip, immediately under which there is a thin plastic strip interspersed with a massive Hyundai badge right in the center.

Then begins a large inverted trapezoid of the main air intake with a diamond-shaped pattern and a platform for attaching the license plate, which strongly extends over the body kit.

The body kit itself begins with triangular fog lights at the edges, L-shaped air intake slots directly below them and a protective plastic insert at the very bottom, the center of which is set aside by the designers for another air intake trapezoid.

The side section of the new body begins with chromed roof rails that accentuate the rounded shape of the roof and a wide gloss black mid-size glass trim.

Then smooth relief transitions begin, resting against a fancy decorative chrome strip in the area of ​​the thresholds.

Immediately below it, a protective layer of black plastic begins, passing here to the huge semicircular wheel arches.

Additional elements worth noting are large mirrors with turn signal repeaters in any configuration, stylish alloy wheels and a gracefully curved C-pillar, visually separated from everything below by another stripe painted in gloss black.

The feed of the machine is made stricter and at the same time a little simpler. It begins with a black glossy visor supported by side supports, which hangs perceptibly over the medium-sized glass.

There is no question of the release date of the new model in Russia, since in most regions of the country the network of hydrogen refueling stations is completely undeveloped. At home and in Europe, the car may appear already by the end of 2021.
