Jaguar XF and XE 2023.

Expensive, but effective. The luxurious Jaguar XF and XE 2023 received a new «green» version of the 300 Sport.

As you know, the British company Jaguar, now owned by India’s Tata Motors, has promised that by 2025 its range of models with traditional internal combustion engines will not remain, as they will all be converted to cleaner fuel.

At the moment, the manufacturer is in the process of this conversion, and after the Jaguar F-Pace received a hybrid powertrain, the same should happen to the XE and XF sedans.

As it became known today, each of these cars in the near future will be replenished with the 300 Sport version, though it is actual only for the market of Europe.

In addition, the larger XF may be available in a version of the practical Sportbrake station wagon.

Under their hoods, you can find a «soft» hybrid setup, the main role in which is given to the 2.0-liter four-cylinder Ingenium engine, due to which the whole system produces 296 hp and 400 N*m of torque.

In this case, the Jaguar XE is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds, while the larger XF shows an acceleration time of three tenths of a second slower.

This is not surprising, since XF has a larger mass, although the maximum speed of cars the same and is 250 km / h.

By the way, the engine of each model interacts with an 8-speed automatic transmission, which sends power to the four-wheel drive system.

Each of the models received the Amazon Alexa voice control system, which is integrated into the Pivi Pro proprietary multimedia complex.

This system has the ability to wirelessly upgrade, for a more correct voice assistant experience.

The exterior design of the models in the 300 Sport version is virtually the same as the standard variants, except for a number of details trimmed in chrome, including the gearshift paddles.

On the home market, the British manufacturer is asking customers £42,345 (3.96 million rubles) for the Jaguar XE, while for a larger version of the XF sedan is assigned a price of 47,730 pounds (4.46 million rubles).

The station wagon is priced at £49,005 (RUR 4.58m).
