The updated Lamborghini Urus 2023 crossover will turn into a Huracan Tecnica supercar: photo evidence presented.
As part of the upcoming facelift, the first Lamborghini Urus 2023 crossover should receive a number of upgrades.
However, in addition to the usual Urus EVO, apparently, there will be another, hotter version of the car.
This became known after a test prototype of the updated Urus was spotted with design elements of the recently unveiled Huracan Tecnica supercar.
In these photos we can’t see the traditional vinyl camouflage, and instead the body is covered with a matte film, which is not able to hide all the details of the new parkett design.
These include slightly modified air intakes, which are now connected to the headlights, in the style of just the Huracan Tecnica.
You can also see a pair of air ducts on the hood of the crossover, which have been seen before.
A closer look reveals the new sporty bumper installed on Urus prototypes back in January.
Looking at the rear of the «charged» crossover, you can pay attention to the bumper vents that echo the design of the rear fenders, an enlarged diffuser, as well as several faux vents.
The car will retain four exhaust vents that match the current version of the Parkett.
Lamborghini is trying its best to create a model that will not allow the future Ferrari Purosangue to dominate the super-luxury crossover segment.
According to the latest information, the updated Lamborghini Urus will debut in August this year.
It is expected that the updated Urus EVO will get some extra power as standard, but the version shown in the photo should become even more «evil».
At the moment, the crossover is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 that produces 641 hp and is likely to be significantly upgraded to include a hybrid module.
According to rumors, the standard hybrid version of the updated Urus will produce up to 808 hp, while the more «charged» version will surpass it in both power and speed, due to less weight and a reconfigured chassis.
