Features and prices of the updated Mazda MX-5 2023 have been revealed: the convertible can already be booked.

Mazda MX-5 is preparing for the Spanish market, but its prices and options are already known.

In the near future sales of the updated Mazda MX-5 2023 will start in Spain.

Now the convertible is available for pre-order. As mentioned above, the characteristics, equipment, as well as the cost of the car has already been fully disclosed.

Upgrades have affected not only the appearance, but also the available list of options.

On the Spanish market, the model will be offered in two variants — ST (Soft Top) and RF (Retractable Fastback).

Thus, the updated version of the Mazda MX-5 is preparing for the start of sales in Europe.

Already now the car can be ordered in Spain. The choice of five modifications — Prime-Line, Exclusive-Line, Kazari, Kizuna, and Homura.

And each has its own level of equipment. Thus, the basic version has 16-inch wheels, LED headlights, digital radio, heated rear-view mirrors with electric settings, the MZD Connect system with 7-inch screen, wireless interface, air conditioning, two USB ports, button start the engine, central locking with remote control, multifunctional steering wheel, tire pressure sensor, cruise control, handbrake, and so on.

Mazda MX-5 in the version Exclusive-Line additionally receives BOSE audio system, navigation module, automatic climate control, rearview camera, heated seats, mirrors in the cabin with anti-glare effect, rain sensor and light, technology for monitoring «blind» zones, a lane-keeping system.

The Kazari version is expanded with adaptive LED optics, a traffic sign identification system, a brake assistant and pedestrian recognition technology.

In the pre-top version, the convertible gets white leather interior trim and a blue canvas roof.

The top-of-the-line version features sports suspension, a black roof and Recaro seats.

As for the cost, in Spain the Mazda MX-5 is offered in the range from 1.914 to 2.741 million rubles.

In technical terms, the convertible has two powertrain options. Thus, the car can be purchased with a 1.5-liter Skyactiv-G gasoline engine with a capacity of 132 horsepower.

In the top variations a 2.0-liter engine with 184 hp of output is used.

The transmission is also offered in two variants — «mechanics» and «automat» with six speeds both. Regardless of the version, only rear-wheel drive is available for the model.
