It has not yet debuted: the new Mercedes-Benz GLC crossover — test drive results are published.

The GLC crossover is one of the most significant products for Mercedes-Benz in recent years.

It surpasses any other model of the German brand in terms of sales.

Therefore, the preparation of the updated Mercedes-Benz GLC 2023 brings certain challenges for the manufacturer: the future crossover must retain all the pluses of its predecessor and become better.

Despite the fact that the German novelty is not yet officially presented, the results of independent test drive have already appeared in the Network.

The car went for tests in tight camouflage. As noted by experts who conducted a test-drive, visually and internally the German model has not changed significantly.

At the same time the engineers lengthened the wheelbase, which made the interior more comfortable and the luggage compartment more voluminous.

The results of test-drive showed that the new Mercedes-Benz GLC starts up very quietly on a snowy surface and ice.

And the noise of the engine is almost inaudible even at high speeds thanks to the quality sound insulation of the under-hood.

The GLC with air suspension and rear wheels, which could turn at an angle of 4.5 degrees, took part in the tests.

This combination provides stability at high speeds and good maneuverability at low speeds.

The suspension handled the bumps in packed snow very well.

The combination of the turbodiesel engine, mild hybrid, all-wheel drive and 9-speed automatic provided excellent traction and brisk acceleration both from the ground and while driving.

German novelty supports several driving modes. In particular, when you connect the sport one, the on-board electronics allows for slippage, but keeps the optimal balance of the chassis.
