The first information about Opel Grandland GSe equipment, sales of which will start in a few months, has appeared on the web.

Opel introduced a new Grandland GSe for the UK market. Here the car is sold under the brand name Vauxhall.

A few photos have also been published, which give an opportunity to get acquainted with the design of the model. In this version, the crossover is equipped with a hybrid unit on the basis of a turbocharged 1.6-liter engine and two electric motors.

Unfortunately, not all characteristics of the car have been revealed yet, but in the near future, most likely, new details about the equipment of the Opel Grandland GSe 2023 will be provided.

As for the technical «stuffing» of the model, then, as we mentioned above, it is presented by plug-in hybrid technology. The base here acts turbocharged engine, which volume is equal to 1.6 liters.

It is paired with two electric units. Their parameters are not known yet, but the final power of all elements of the unit is revealed.

Thus, on a maximum setting it provides 296 horsepower of output. There is no information about the capacity of the battery pack.

It is supposed that its characteristics will coincide with the battery which is installed at Astra GSe, that is it will correspond to 12,4 kWh.

In terms of other characteristics, it is worth noting the presence of a four-wheel drive system. For acceleration up to 100 km/h the crossover needs about 6,1 seconds that is not a bad parameter.

The speed is limited by a mark in 235 km/h. By the way, using pure electric propulsion the car is able to accelerate to an indicator of 135 km/h.

In addition, the manufacturer emphasizes that the technical characteristics of the car fully comply with environmental standards in force in the countries of the Old World.

Opel Grandland GSe has got unique suspension settings, which use stiffer springs and frequency-selective shock absorbers.

Due to this the most comfortable driving is ensured, as there is a possibility of damping depending on the road surface. As for the appearance, there are few changes.

New 19-inch wheels are available for the crossover, a black roof trim, and alcantara is used in the interior.

Sales of the model will start next spring, and prices, presumably, will start from 3.12 million rubles.
