Toyota Corolla Cross H2 2023.

The familiar in Russia crossover Toyota Corolla Cross has received a new hydrogen version.

Toyota Corolla Cross crossover is presented in a new modification with a hydrogen unit.

Toyota has shared official images of the Corolla Cross H2, which runs on hydrogen fuel cells.

The new car made its debut as a concept version.

It is expected that prototypes of cars with hydrogen-powered internal combustion engines will be out for tests soon.

The crossover will be tested in northern conditions in its homeland, Japan.

At the moment there is no official information as to whether the Toyota Corolla Cross H2 2023 will go into production.

This version has been developed in line with the concept of achieving zero carbon emissions.

In the official photos you can see the features of the novelty appearance, which, as it turned out, does not differ significantly from the standard version of the model.

However, changes are still present. So, the cross has got a darkened grille, made in a different design.

The module is decorated with impressive size of decorative strips, and also the front bumper has undergone changes, which became more sporty.

The rear optics are represented by separate tinted lights.

In addition, the novelty has got thematic livery. Inside the cabin, the changes are minimum, except for the new large screen of the media system, which has a vertical arrangement.

As for power specifications, Toyota Corolla Cross H2 is equipped with hydrogen storage technology, which was used in GR Yaris H2.

It complements the turbocharged 1.6-liter three-cylinder motor.

Compared to this version of the engine, however, the power has been increased by 24% and the towing performance is 33% more.
