The Chinese car brand Xpeng has quickly burst onto the global automotive market.

The developer specializes in the production of highly dynamic electric cars.

However, the day before it became known that the «subsidiary» Xpeng plans to radically revise its approach to the production of modern models and expects to release its debut electric car, which will be equally successful to drive on roads and move through the air.

On the eve of the company HT Aero demonstrated the debut prototype of the future unique car.

It is expected that mass production of the novelty will be launched in 2024.

For sure it is difficult to talk about the appearance of the Chinese unique car so far, as on the way to the start of mass production the car can change quite seriously.

But the first details about the characteristics of the novelty are already available. It is known that the car will be built on the basis of a lightweight platform, and it will include many built-in services and systems.

Providing the ability to fly this car will be propellers, which will be able to fold while driving on the road.

There are no details about the power capabilities of the novelty yet. It is also not clear how fast the car will accelerate while traveling on the road or in the air.

By the way, there is already a pioneer in the list of vehicles with similar functionality.

We are talking about the model Pegasus, which dynamics in the air is 160 km/h, and on asphalt roads — 120 km/h.

The same version is also capable of vertical takeoff and does not require a mandatory runway.

Exact data on the price of HT Aero has not yet been published, but it is expected to be comparable with the same Pegasus, which is estimated by the developer at 24-29 million rubles at current exchange rates.
