Previously, information has already appeared on the Web that the Rimac Nevera 2023 electric hypercar is preparing to set a new record.

But, as it turned out, this is not entirely true. The fact is that the hypercar set 23 records at once.

The electric car demonstrated its capabilities at a 12.3-kilometer test site in Palenburg, Germany, where Bugatti models are tested.

This oval track has shaped turns up to 49.7 degrees and is ideal for high-speed races.

By the way, in the twenty-second Croatian hypercar was already tested here, and then he broke the record for maximum speed among electric cars, accelerating to 412 km/h.

This time, the developers wanted to demonstrate the acceleration and braking capabilities of the two-door, so only four-kilometer straight sections were used for races at the German training ground.

An ordinary copy of the model with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires entered the track. Recall that the Croatian hypercar from the factory has four electric motors with a total capacity of 1,914 hp. and 2 360 Nm.

To record the results, engineers from Dewesoft and RaceLogic were involved.

In some disciplines, they received different numbers, but in this case, Rimac simply chose the most profitable indicators for itself.

As for the records, the hypercar was able to accelerate from zero to hundreds in just 1.81 seconds.

By the way, this is even better than the passport data — it indicates the time of 1.85 seconds. It took the car only 28.96 meters for such an acceleration.

In turn, from 0-300 km / h, the two-door “shot” in 9.22 seconds (according to the data sheet — 9.3 seconds).

The most important exercise was acceleration from 0-400 km / h and subsequent braking to a complete stop.

Nevera coped with the task in just 29.93 seconds, at the same time beating the result of the previous record holder — Koenigsegg Regera (31.49 seconds).

The Swedish hypercar staked out this time four years ago.

And the electric coupe was tested at a quarter-mile (402 meters) drag distance.

The car was able to overcome this distance in 8.25 seconds, again setting a new world record — the previously best time (8.55 seconds) was behind the Pininfarina Battista electric hypercar.
