Monochrome Bentley Continental GT dedicated to Japan Atelier Mulliner has presented a limited edition Equinox Edition.

Bentley Mulliner has unveiled a special version of the Continental GT coupe for the Japanese market.

The monochrome version of the Equinox Edition will be released in only ten copies and will be available only in six cities: Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Hiroshima and Yokohama.

As a basis for the limited Bentley Continental GT Equinox Edition, Mulliner chose a coupe version with a V8 4.0 biturbo engine (550 hp and 770 Nm).

The two-door can be painted in Onyx Black or Glacier White, complementing any of the colors with aerodynamic components from the Styling Specification set.

This package includes a carbon fiber front splitter, a rear diffuser, a spoiler blade on the boot lid and side skirts adorned with a Moonbeam accent stripe (deep silver).

Also standard are 22-inch Mulliner Driving Specification wheels, monochrome Beluga / Silver leather upholstery and Piano Moonbeam / Grand Black dash inserts.

The veneers are hand-painted with metallic paint, with Mulliner making sure that the amount of light reflected from the surfaces is constant throughout the vehicle.

The diamond stitching on the seats and the embroidery require 4,500 stitches — the threads are treated with a special dye and are designed for the entire life of the car.

The Bentley Continental GT V8 Equinox Edition Coupe has become part of the Collections portfolio, which already includes the Equestrian Edition convertible, dedicated to the popular hobbies of British aristocrats — dressage, horse racing and equestrian polo.
