The new Changan Lamore 2023 sedan was unveiled: a rival to the Chery Arrizo 8, which distinguished itself by its interior.

The large four-door received a narrow dashboard screen and a giant vertical tablet of the multimedia system.

On the home market, the novelty will be released next year, and we can not exclude that the model will get to Russia.

In the photos of the Ministry of Industry of China this sedan Changan lit up back in October, now published the official images.

«Four-door» could enter the family Uni, because its appearance was made in the style of a liftback Uni-V, crossovers Uni-T and Uni-K.

But no, Changan decided to position the novelty as a separate model: it is named Lamore, the Chinese name — Yida.

Changan Lamore length is 4,770 mm, width — 1840 mm, height — 1440 mm, wheelbase — 2765 mm.

That is, in its dimensions the sedan is close to the Chery Arrizo 8. If we compare with the models of non-Chinese brands, the «four-door» Changan is located between Hyundai Elantra and Sonata.

Well, here are the dimensions of Changan Uni-V liftback: length — 4680 mm, distance between the axles — 2750 mm.

Characteristic features of the Uni-style are frameless grille, diode strips in the headlights and retractable door handles.

Sedan Lamore also received an aggressive front bumper, «transparent» taillights and 18-inch wheels.

In addition, the «four-door» can be ordered with a «carbon fiber» spoiler.

As for the interior of this sedan is original, the Uni Series has different interior design.

The main features of Changan Lamore/Yida is a narrow instrumental display without a visor, a huge vertical multimedia touchscreen and a two-spoke steering wheel.

There is no separate control unit for «a climate» — all adjustments are «stitched» in the central screen.

According to the documents of Chinese certifying body, at the first stage Changan Lamore will be available with petrol «turbo four» 1.5 capacity of 170 hp, the engine works together with seven-speed robotized transmission with two clutches.

Later models can be equipped with two-liter turbo engine. Drive only front-wheel drive.

In China, a new sedan Changan Lamore/Yida will be on sale next year.
