Toyota Innova Hycross exterior declassified before the premiere: expected changes confirmed in the photo.

Toyota Innova Hycross 2023 crossover van will debut on the Indian car market as early as November 25th.

The new family car is quite seriously different from the current version both in terms of appearance and in terms of its interior.

On the eve there were shown «spy» photos, which allow seeing what will be the exterior of Japanese novelty.

Thus, the front of the cross-van will be equipped with hexagonal grille, bumper with original air intake and narrowed optics.

On the side, the car stands out due to the rather deep cutouts of the wheel arches.

The overall shape of the body has a classic barrel shape.

Earlier, spies managed to declassify the interior of the car. There will look especially original multilevel dashboard.

Also quite interestingly designers designed the front panel of the cross-van and equipped it with a «floating» multimedia touchscreen.

Other features of the Innova Hycross are two-color interior design and silver decorative inserts on the air ducts and dashboard.

In the front passenger area over the glove box will be a compartment for storing a variety of small things.

The control unit for adjusting the climate control system will get a touch control.

The gear selector of the transmission will be installed on the front panel, so there will be free space between the seats.

It is already known that the crossover van will be built on a new base, due to which it will get a front-wheel drive mechanism, as well as a hybrid engine variant.

All this will provide the Innova Hycross with more economy, as well as decent power. The price of the Japanese novelty has not yet been disclosed.

Indonesian division of Toyota has placed new teaser images of three-row minivan Innova of the next generation in the Network.

Premiere of the novelty will take place soon.
With the change of generation the van will move to TNGA front-wheel drive architecture from Toyota, thereby depriving rear drive and frame construction.

It is also believed that the new Innova will have increased dimensions compared to its predecessor, the length of which for the Indonesian market reaches 4,735 mm, width — 1,830 mm, height — 1,795 mm, the size of the wheelbase is 2,750 mm.

In the motor range of novelties, according to the Indonesian and Indian media, there will be only gasoline engines.

But in the top modification should appear hybrid power plant based on 2-liter unit.

We shall remind that under a hood of the actual Toyota Innova there are besides petrol «atmospheric» engines with the volume of 2,0 and 2,7 liters, diesel «engines» of 2,4 and 2,8 liters (depending on the country of sales).

Drive is offered only in rear, but after the change of generation the minivan may well get all-wheel drive version.

It is also assumed that the new van should get an expanded list of equipment, including 360-degree video surveillance cameras and a glass roof.

Premiere of Toyota Innova third generation in Indonesia is scheduled for November this year.
