Chery Tiggo 7 became more expensive and easier after the update: all the changes are published.

Chery today actively develops the crossover Tiggo 7 Plus, which in Russia is presented with the prefix Pro.

Thus, recently launched its updated version, the appearance of which has been redesigned.

However, the manufacturer does not forget about the simpler modification of this model. The updated Chery Tiggo 7 2023 has now entered the Chinese market.

This model is notable for several features. First of all, it was more expensive (photo: Chery). For the Tiggo 7 ask 149.9 thousand yuan, or 1.26 million rubles.

For comparison, an updated crossover with a prefix Plus costs 99.9 thousand yuan.

In this case, there is a noticeable difference between these versions of the Chinese model. Thus, the standard crossover turned out to be less technological car than the same one, but with a prefix Plus.

The presented novelty is equipped with a conventional dashboard with a small digital screen in the middle.

She is available with a freestanding multimedia touchscreen. But the Tiggo 7 is also equipped with a large climate control unit with two large pucks and a separate screen.

The crossover is also equipped with a multifunction steering wheel with a flat bottom, keyless engine start and leather seats.

An important change in the configuration of the Chinese model was the appearance of equipment that supports remote upgrade.

Under the hood of the crossover is a standard turbocharged 1.5-liter engine. Its maximum output does not exceed 156 hp at a pull of 230 N*m.

In the complete set with it there is a variator imitating 9 automatic transmissions. There are no changes in appearance of the crossover.

It is equipped with the same grille with a volumetric pattern, narrow LED optics and other familiar elements.

The cost of the initial version is announced at the level of 106,900 yuan (889 thousand rubles). For the top version will have to prepare 121,900 yuan (1.014 million rubles).

The car boasts updated exterior and the presence of options, which were not there before.

Chery Tiggo 7 Pro after the modernization has acquired a more masculine look.

This applies to both the outlines of the body itself, and to the design of individual parts.

Thus, the grille has a massive format performance, where vertically arranged chrome slats give brutality auto.

Despite the rather simple shape, the optics attracts attention with original graphics.

At the bottom of the bumper is a contrast insert, emphasizing the sport character of the model.

At the back everything is very simple, but stylish. As for the dimensions, they correspond to 4500x1862x1695 mm. Wheelbase is 2 670 mm.

The interior deserves attention decoration. The two-tone range is dominated by a rich red shade.

Materials chosen for the crossover is of sufficient quality. In the equipment is stated a fairly large choice of options.

Thus, the car is available with three-spoke multikinetic steering wheel, dual touchscreen, the size of which corresponds to 24.6 inches.

The module performs the functions of «dashboard» and multimedia. The latest LION5.0 technology, an 8-speaker audio system, L2 steering assistance system, lane control, emergency braking unit, and much more are available for the model.

But technically there is no choice yet. At the initial stage, the crossover will be available exclusively with the Kunpeng Power 1.6TGDI engine.

Its volume is equal to 1.6 liters, and the output corresponds to 197 horsepower. The towing torque does not exceed 290 N*m. The engine is paired with a seven-speed automatic gearbox with double clutch.
