The 2023 Hyundai i20 hatchback has undergone major changes. This subcompact model has finally been given a full makeover, from looks to advanced electronic features.

Bumpers, grille and wheels have also undergone a global upgrade.

Don’t forget the stunning new exterior color palette, including metallic «Lucid Lime», shiny and elegant «Lumen Gray Pearl», and shimmering and iridescent «Meta Blue Pearl».

The interior of the facelifted Hyundai i20 is just as impressive as its exterior, which is adorned with stylish and eye-catching Lucid Lime décor.

Under the hood of the car, a 1.0 T-GDi turbocharger with a 48-volt starter-generator with two power levels is installed — 100 or 120 hp.

Hyundai has unveiled an updated i20 hatchback. The design of the subcompact model was corrected, the body color palette was revised and the assistive electronics were improved.

For example, the i20 has learned to recognize cyclists. The range of hatchback engines included a liter «turbo engine» with a return of 100 or 120 horsepower. Gearboxes — «robot» and «mechanics».

The restyled Hyundai i20 has undergone a number of changes in appearance, but they are all cosmetic.

The hatchback got different bumpers, a grille and wheels with a diameter of 16 and 17 inches.

The body paint palette includes three new shades: Lucid Lime Acid Metallic, Lumen Gray Pearl and Meta Blue Pearl.

Moreover, the decor color Lucid Lime is now offered for the salon.

As standard, the i20 is equipped with a 4.2-inch trip computer and a 10.25-inch media system.

4G announced, over the air updates, USB-C port, wireless charging, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support.

Also, the Smart Sense security complex is installed on the machines by default.

Electronics recognizes pedestrians and cyclists, keeps the car in the lane and helps to avoid collisions when leaving the parking lot, but this feature is already available as an option.

There are two gearboxes: a seven-speed DCT “robot” and a six-speed iMT “mechanics” with an electronic clutch that can disconnect the engine from the transmission to save fuel.

The production of restyled hatchbacks will be carried out by the Turkish Hyundai plant. The start is the third quarter of this year.
