Honda Accord Type R 2023.

There is no information that the Japanese manufacturer intends to release this car in reality today.

When analyzing the images, it becomes clear that the author of the renders compared the Accord Type R to the «hot» Civic Type R.

Here we can see a business sedan with new, cleaner bumpers and a radiator grille with an internal honeycomb pattern.

The air intakes on the front bumper are larger. The hood also received a large ventilated opening.

In addition, the car has extended front wheel fenders and enlarged side sills. Also in the side profile can be noted larger alloy wheels.

At the stern, a new black rear diffuser is integrated into the bumper, with three Civic Type R-style exhaust pipes in the center.

Of the additional rear we can say about the outstanding spoiler, installed on the luggage door.

Overall, the exterior design of this sedan version is quite attractive.

If such a variant were to exist in reality, it would most likely get the powerful 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with 315 hp that the Civic comes with.

Unfortunately, at this point, the manufacturer hasn’t made any hints that the Accord Type R might appear in reality.

Although on the other hand, the model for the Japanese market has not yet been introduced and it is possible that there will be more productive versions of the sedan.
