The Honda CR-V will be updated in 2024. The crossover will get the most advanced dual-fuel engine.

Japanese Honda has promised to release another high-tech crossover based on the Honda CR-V.

Honda representatives have announced that a new crossover based on the Honda CR-V, which will run on hydrogen fuel cells, will be released in 2024.

This model is intended exclusively for the U.S., and its assembly will be done at the Performance Manufacturing Center (PMC), which is located in Marysville, Ohio.

It is reported that Honda decided to use the CR-V crossover as the basis for a new eco-friendly version, because it is one of the company’s best-selling cars over the past 25 years.

The main feature of this CR-V variation will be that it can be fueled not only at sites for charging electric cars, but also at stations for hydrogen cars.

According to the plan, such crossovers will be driven by electric motors.
