XPeng G3i 2023: the updated SUV received a modified appearance and interior.

The presentation of the updated XPeng G3 crossover took place in China in the summer of the twenty-first, and it debuted on sale in the home (Chinese) market in the autumn of the same year.

The restyled version of the model received the letter «i» in the name, that is, from now on it is referred to as «G3i».

It is curious that in terms of exterior design, the SUV received a number of solutions previously tested on the P7 sedan.

In particular, the «muzzle» of the car has become more streamlined. She received a narrow LED strip above the new headlights.

In turn, when examining the car from the side, a higher hood line and “recessed door handles” catch the eye.

Of the features of the stern of the updated model, it is worth noting the revised bumper design with a modified diffuser. Plus, the Chinese have changed the shape of the rear lights.

The interior of the XPeng G3i has also been updated, but not as much as the exterior. So, the car got a 15.6-inch touchscreen multimedia system, which is powered by a Snapdragon 820A processor.

There is an advanced voice assistant available, which is not only able to recognize voice commands, but also to conduct a kind of dialogue with the driver and passengers.

The updated SUV is driven by a front-mounted electric motor with a capacity of 197 hp. (300 Nm).

With it, the car can accelerate from 0-100 km / h in about 8.6 seconds. Its maximum speed is 170 km/h.

The electric car is based on a 55 kWh traction battery, which should be enough for 460 km of run (according to the NEDC cycle). More expensive options already have a 66 kWh battery, and they can drive up to 520 km.

The XPILOT semi-autopilot is also announced for the XPeng G3i. According to the developers, this is the most advanced electronic assistant in this class of car.

In the Chinese market, a restyled SUV can be purchased at a price of 149,800 yuan (1.9 million rubles at the current exchange rate), but this is the cost, taking into account state subsidies.
